With over 13 years experience, I have learned that people have the answers within themselves, and my job is to help draw those answers out. I offer a compassionate, kind, and non-judgmental energy to assist people in living in a meaningful way. I am passionate about trauma work and prefer to use EMDR to aid in our collaborative efforts. I enjoy working with individuals to help them recognize and understand their own worth.

As a therapist using a psychodynamic approach, understand that current struggles are often shaped by past experiences, especially early-life influences. I focus on identifying the root cause and bringing awareness to how this has affected your past and present circumstances. We will explore your attachment style, history, family, current relationships, and how and why you operate in the world the way that you do.

Just like how we go to the doctor for regular check-ups, our minds—something we use every day—deserve the same care. Therapy isn’t just for when things go wrong; it’s about maintaining and strengthening your mental health so you can live a more fulfilling life. Therapy should be real, honest, and, at times, a little uncomfortable—but that's how we learn and grow. I take a direct approach to therapy, but always with compassion to help you get where you want to be, one step at a time. While honest, I have a warm sense of humor. And if you're a fellow nerd, I love weaving elements of gaming and storytelling into therapy.
I understand the unique pressures that come from intergenerational expectations, cultural identity, and stigma around mental health. I'm passionate in bridging these gaps, and I work to create a space where all clients feel safe to explore their experiences and life without judgment.
